Advertising Account Subscription Form - Step 1

• The contact name should be the name of the person responsible for making decisions about your OhioLandscaping.com advertising account.
• Preferred and Premium listings - please email your logo and/or your landscape photos to matt@ohiolandscaping.com. Typically a high resolution graphic will yield better results than a low resolution graphic. If your graphics are not in an electronic format, please mail them or call us at (614) 325-4637.
• This form only accepts cash, checks, or money orders. If you would like to pay using a credit card, please go to our Online Shopping Cart.
• Your Listing will be activated once we have received your payment (typically 5-10 business days after you mail it). Please mail all applicable fees (your listing package plus any extras such as additional counties or categories) to:
