- What if I decide I want to cancel my listing? Will I get my money back?
You may cancel your account for a full refund at any time within the first 14 days after your listing is posted on
OhioLandscaping.com. We do not accept cancellations for any reason after the initial two week activation period
has expired. If necessary, we will remove your listing from our website without a refund after the initial two week
period has expired.
- How do I cancel my listing?
You must cancel your listing online if you have an e-mail address. (If you do not have an e-mail address, cancellation
may be made by telephone.) If online, go to OhioLandscaping.com. Click the "Contact Us" link at the top of
the home page. Type in your:
- Company Name
- Business Address
- Phone Number
- E-Mail Address
- OhioLandscaping.com Account Number (We must have this information, which identifies you as the account holder,
capable of making decisions for the advertising account)
- Please tell us why you are canceling your listing. (This information will only be used to improve our services and
will have no effect on your cancellation.)

- How will my money be refunded?
If your listing is cancelled within the first two weeks of posting to OhioLandscaping.com, your money will be refunded
in check form to your business address within 2-4 weeks of receipt of your cancellation notice.
- How will I know when my listing becomes active and the two-week cancellation period begins?
Businesses with an e-mail account will be notified by e-mail on the day the listing becomes active. Businesses without
an e-mail address will receive telephone notification, as well as a notification sent by regular post, on the day
that the listing is posted.
- How long will it take to post my listing after I have paid for my yearly contract?
Your listing will become active within 3-5 days of your payment being processed. Online portfolios may take longer depending
on when you provide us with your photos and text (or coordinate with our marketing dept to craft text). YOU are responsible for
providing graphics (including your business logo) in a timely manner. Your contract date is the day your listing is posted, regardless
of whether your portfolio is completed. Once your photos have been received, we will make every effort to complete your portfolio as soon
as possible.
- How do I get my account number? (SAVE THIS NUMBER!)
E-mail account holders will be e-mailed your account number and initial posting date on the first day the listing
is posted. Businesses without e-mail access will be notified of your ad account number by telephone on the day
your ad account becomes active, and you will also be mailed your account number by regular post on the day your
account becomes active.
- Will I ever be able to make any changes to my listing/portfolio information?
All updates within the first 30 days are free. After that, a fee of $29 per half hour will be assessed.
Most changes can easily be made within 30 minutes depending on amount of text/pictures to be changed. ( 30 minute minimum charge).
